Spice Garden's kitchen staff submit produce and supply expense claims constantly, and most are small enough to auto-approve on the spot. Anything over ₹5,000 routes to the finance manager's email instead - deliberately email, not WhatsApp, since an approval decision belongs somewhere it stays on the record rather than scrolling away in a chat thread. Every claim, approved or not, gets logged to the same Sheet either way.
