RapidFix takes same-day service requests around the clock, and not every job is equally urgent - a dripping tap can wait until morning, a burst pipe at 11 PM can't. This automation scores every incoming request by urgency and value, matches it to the nearest available technician, and pages that technician directly for anything flagged emergency, instead of routing everything into one queue a dispatcher sorts through by hand.
